You can find your warranty code on the plastic card received along with the keys at the time of purchase.

If you did not receive the tag with the warranty code at the time of purchase, it means that your key cannot be duplicated.

Each EasyBlock key is unique; the warranty code allows us to identify the correct lock combination to duplicate your key.

If you registered the warranty for your EasyBlock after purchase, you should be able to find your warranty code in the confirmation email you received that day.

If you haven't registered your EasyBlock or can't find the confirmation email, contact us for assistance.

Key duplicates are considered special orders and due to their specificity may require a few extra days to be processed.

Don't worry! We typically take less than 7 days to make and ship your key.
