Our products are shipped directly from the EasyBlock headquarters in London. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and shipping times range from 1-3 working days.

We use an express and tracked shipping providers to provide you with the best service and experience possible.

• We accept returns up to 30 calendar days from receipt of goods.
• Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form.
• Returned goods must be unused & supplied with their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive back to us in the same condition they were sent.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returning items, we do not offer free returns.
