You will need your key's serial number from the key tag or warranty email to buy a duplicate.
All key duplicates are made by our Italian manufacturing partners, so getting one made and shipped to the UK can take up to 20 days.

You can find your key's serial number on the plastic tag attached to your EasyBlock keys or in your Warranty registration email if you have completed this in advance.

If you didn't received a plastic tag with the serial number when you purchased your EasyBlock, it means your key CANNOT be duplicated*
Please contact us if you have doubts.
*The alternative solution is to order a whole pin and key assembly, which you can arrange by contacting us also.
Each EasyBlock's key is unique and the serial number allows us to find the correct key combination to generate a duplicate of your own key.
If you registered your warranty when you purchased your EasyBlock, you should be able to find your serial number in the confirmation email you received on that day.
If you didn't register your warranty or cannot find the confirmation email just contact us (let's make this a link) we will try to help you get a copy of your key.
